Yes. Start with drafts, then enable automatic sending when you’re happy with the setup. Common enquiries that meet your configured rules and quality checks can be answered without approving each reply individually.

Automatic sending is off until you explicitly enable and activate it. Replies that don’t meet the checks go to your team, and you can keep review mode for enquiries that need a personal decision. The activity history records what was sent and how it was handled.
